As a passionate leader I have grown and transformed entire business units with hundreds of staff, regional distributor networks with thousands of employees and gained invaluable insights into the workings of regional business practices and the succinct differences of regulations, business practices and cultures across 12 South East Asian and East Asian countries.

My Background
Born and raised in Germany I always wondered how things worked in Asia - an important part of my heritage.
I moved here in 2005 and never looked back.

Highly immersive travel to twelve countries including Japan, South Korea and Taiwan gave me an immense opportunity to immerse myself into the enormous diversity of the APAC markets.
